Dont know how you can run a taxi service and hang up on clients just because they dont know the street adress of AUDITORIO DE TORREVIEJA. Everyone knows where it is, and it takes less than 5 seconds to type it in to Google. When thats said, they are better than radio taxi, but if this is their normal customer service, I think I would rather find another way to get there. Today we had to go by BUS!!!!
Ordered taxi on very busy day, got told 40 min. Waited 1h then gave up..

Acabo de usar un taxi desde Cabo Roig hasta Los altos marcaba 11.45 en el taximetro, el chico ha puesto 12 en el TPV, mi tarjeta no funciono voy a casa y me traigo 50 euros en un billete y el chico me da 33 a cambio, o sea me cobro 5 euros mas. Obviamente en ese momento no lo conte, pero llego a casa y me doy cuenta con lo que ha hecho. Muy mal. Chico colombiano, me llevo desde Caboo hasta los altos. Empezare a considerar UBER , mas barato y menos ladron.
Très bon service de taxi malgré une conduite un peu rude. Le chauffeur était très sympathique.
Am Morgen ohne Probleme. Gegen Nachmittag und Abend unmöglich ein Taxi zu bekommen. Aufträge werden angenommen und die Fahrer kommen einfach nicht. Fahren in der Stadt umher, kommen nur nicht und holen ein ab. Ich werde die App wieder deinstallieren und nicht mehr nutzen. Zu oft enttäuscht worden. So kann man auch Stammkunden verlieren.
Un servicio PÉSIMOOOOO! He pedido mi taxi 40 min antes de la hora para evitar retraso para no perder mi tren y cuando ví que era la hora y no llegaba llamé, la chica me ha dicho que había retraso, he preguntado retraso de cuanto tiempo y me dijo: no lo se, si deseas busca otra alternativa, me maravilla el mal servicio y encima la atención tan borde de la trabajadora. Nunca más piso taxi aquí.
